It started with a question we couldn't stop asking: why should amazing baking be off-limits for so many people?
We'd been in the kitchen long enough to know that eggs aren't the magic ingredient — care is. So we made a promise: every single thing that comes out of The Bake Culture would be 100% eggless. Not as a compromise, but as a deliberate, joyful choice.
From there, we obsessed over everything else too. We use only whole wheat flour. Only real butter — never margarine. And our sweetener blends? Half sugar, half jaggery — because jaggery brings warmth, minerals, and a flavor that refined sugar just can't match.
We're not a big factory. We're a team that genuinely loves baking, loves feeding people, and loves the moment when someone takes that first bite and their face just lights up. That's why we're here. That's the whole point.
